Located on the east side of the Beaverhead Valley, the ranch is primarily seeded in Crested wheatgrass, with some native forage. Improvements include: new interior fence creating 9 pastures, new piped stock water system with new concrete tanks, remodeled ranch house and calving barn with newly constructed steel gates and pens with rubber belting on a majority of the north side of the corrals providing wind break. Pens ares user friendly and designed for efficiency. Additional improvements include new shipping pens and corrals, a set of sorting pens in one of the middle pastures, and hay yard. The ranch is located in an active wildlife corridor. Elk pass through the upper end of this property in the fall, as well as antelope and deer throughout the ranch in all seasons.
