In addition, there is an historic log barn with hay loft built in 1948, a cinder block calving barn built in 1965 with an updated crowding alley and squeeze chute. There is a new home built in 2024, and 3 guest cabins that could also be used as housing for hired help.

The operation is an excellent summer pasture, or the ranch could be hayed more extensively. The Big Hole Valley is known for it’s productivity. This ranch has a carrying capacity of approximately 350+/- pairs from July 1 to December 15 depending on the year.
