Chance Bernall is a Montana native who moved to Dillon in 1999. He attended college at the University of Montana Western on a rodeo scholarship and is a two-time Big Sky Region Calf Roping Champion; two-time Northern Rodeo Association Champion; and five-time Montana Pro Rodeo Circuit qualifier. He also ran a successful horseshoeing business during college. Chance and his wife Cori are the proud parents of four daughters: Reagan, Collins, Nora, and Clara Sue. Chance became a licensed real estate broker at age 25 and is currently an active investor with direct experience in income property, new construction, and bare land development. While affiliated with Prudential Montana Real Estate, Chance was the recipient of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 Prudential President's Circle Award and the 2012 Prudential Chairman's Circle, which is the top 1% Nationwide. Chance specializes in farm and ranch real estate and in 2021 represented the Matador Cattle Company in the historic sale of the Beaverhead Ranch, which to date is the largest ranch sale in Montana history in terms of both size and price.

Grady Holt is a fifth generation Montanan, tracing family back to Bannack and the Centennial Valley in the 1860s. He graduated from Beaverhead County High School in 2004, where he was an All-State football player. After high school, Grady attended University of Montana Western until 2006 when he joined the Army. During his time in the Army, he became an Operation Iraqi Freedom Combat Vet, Counter Improvised Explosive Device Non-Commissioned Officer, and a Training Non-Commissioned Officer. After Grady's Army career, he worked in the mining, oil, and mineral industries before returning home. Grady is an avid hunter, shooter, outdoorsman, Beaverhead County Search & Rescue member, and has seen the majority of Beaverhead County and Madison County through a spotting scope. Having grown up in a ranching community, Grady has plenty of agricultural experience and is ready to assist you with your next real estate transaction.

Elise Davis has called Southwest Montana home for nearly two decades. After arriving in Dillon as a collegiate volleyball player and earning her Visual Arts degree from the University of Montana Western, Elise built a career defined by two things: an eye for detail and a heart for service.
With a professional background spanning the construction industry—where she learned to design, build, and flip properties—and a decade in healthcare as a manager/medical coder for Barrett Hospital and Healthcare, Providence Healthcare and volunteer EMT with Beaverhead EMS, Elise offers a unique perspective with a creative edge while staying deeply tied to the community.
When she isn’t helping neighbors navigate their next move, you’ll find her hiking, hunting, or fishing with her daughter. Elise is honored to continue to work and live in the last best place, now as your dedicated real estate partner.
Mary Ann joined Beaverhead Home & Ranch Real Estate after a 25 year banking career in Southwest Montana, which focused on commercial, agricultural and real estate lending. Dyle grew up in Dillon, Montana on a hay/wheat farm and cattle ranch. Hard work, integrity, and an appreciation for just how blessed he is to call Montana his home are ingrained in him. Having spread his wings and lived in several places, including Spain, Dyle has a great appreciation for each. But in his heart, home is southwest Montana with its beautiful scenery, majestic wildlife, pristine fishing waters, farms, ranches and wonderful people to associate with in this part of the world. Dyle and his wife, Taslima, have 4 incredible daughters, one of which is married with a son of her own and a daughter on the way. Dyle enjoys spending time with his family and supporting them in all of their interests and pursuits in life.

Hannah Griffin grew up in Belfry, Montana, where she was raised on her family’s farm and ranch. From an early age, she developed a deep appreciation for agriculture, hard work, and the Western way of life. Those values continue to shape how she approaches both her work and relationships today. Whether it was helping during calving season, riding horses, or working alongside her family, Hannah learned the importance of discipline, teamwork, and taking pride in a job well done.
She attended the University of Montana Western and earned dual degrees in Business Administration and Farm and Ranch Management. During college, Hannah was also a member of the rodeo team, competing in barrel racing. That experience strengthened her competitive mindset, resilience, and ability to stay focused under pressure, all of which carry into her professional role.
As Director of Operations at Beaverhead Home and Ranch Real Estate, Hannah plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day function of the brokerage. Her background in both business and agriculture gives her a practical understanding of land, operations, and organization. She works to keep processes efficient and supports both agents and clients throughout each transaction.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying connected to agriculture. She enjoys being outdoors, whether that means riding horses, helping on the ranch, hunting, or taking in Montana’s seasons.
